Designed for your convenience is our Smoke Alarm Installation and Maintenance Certification Programme to ensure your rental property is fully compliant.
Scheduled every 12 months like a WOF and in between times on a Change of Tenancy.
A 9-point testing and maintenance procedure including smoke testing & decibel meter measurement to ensure smoke alarms are fully functional and compliant with the regulations. A compliance certificate is issued in conjunction with the service invoice for your property file records.
